We ship your order within 24-48 hours (For US Customer). Except, if there's a problem occurs like this:

1. You forgot to add Shipping and Handling manually. We have to contact you first and ask you to pay the Shipping and Handling. If we never receive your additional payments, then we have no choices, we have to cancel your order and refund your money.
2. If one of your order is SOLD OUT. We will send you an e-mail first about the SOLD OUT item. We will wait for your replay within 24-48 hours. If we never receive any responds from you, we assume that you agree of what we offer.

For International Order 

• Sorry we don't ship anymore to other countries! Shipping and Handling are too much expensive!

1. Returns - If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it immediately! We must receive your return within 30 days. You don't need to ask for authorization number to return an item. Simply just e-mail us about your returns. Our e-mail is: cs@yepey.us 
2. Refunds - Once we receive the products you return, we will send you a refunds immediately. Also, if one of your order is SOLD OUT, we will send you an e-mail first and we will wait for your replay.  If we never receive any respond from you, we assume that you agree of what we offer then we will process your refunds.
